The Spencer Law Firm was hired by tenants of a residence motel to prosecute claims that it violated California Civil Code 1940.1 by requiring the tenants to leave by the 28th day of occupancy and return the next day in order to deprive the tenants of their rights as long term tenants. The Spencer Law Firm obtained a $2,300,000 settlement on behalf of the tenants. Orange County Superior Court.
